1. Returns Policy: We accept returns only if the item received is not the item ordered. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for any return requests.
2. Condition of Items: The condition of items may vary as they have been removed from packaging for autographing purposes. Unless explicitly stated as "NEW," the condition of the item should be considered unknown.
3. Authenticity of Autographed Items: All autographed items available on our app are original.
4. Authentication: Every autograph has been third-party authenticated by a trusted third party, ensuring its authenticity.
5. Every Funko pop will come in a plastic case for protection.
6. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders site-wide. Most items will ship next day standard ground shipping. We will use USPS, FED EX and UPS to ship our stuff.
